Content Licensing
The Foods That Shaped Us welcomes inquiries regarding commercial licensing of eligible original editorial content, including use in digital publishing, research, search, AI grounding, and related content-distribution applications.
What May Be Available
Original editorial text produced or published by The Foods That Shaped Us may be available for licensing where the publication controls the relevant rights. Availability is assessed article by article and asset by asset, and may depend on the requested use, platform, audience, territory, and duration.
Material Subject to Separate Rights
Quotations, referenced source material, third-party photographs, trademarks, data, archival material, and other externally licensed assets remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. A license for our editorial text does not automatically include accompanying images or third-party material, and we cannot grant rights that we do not control.
For information about publication-controlled, third-party, public-domain, and synthetic imagery, see our Image Rights and Permissions page.
Request a License
Email hello@thefoodthatshapedus.com with the relevant page URLs, the material requested, the intended publication or product, platform, audience, territory, duration, commercial context, and whether the request includes text, images, or other assets.
An inquiry does not grant permission. No use is authorized until the applicable rights have been reviewed and written permission or a licensing agreement has been issued.
Related Policies
Licensing inquiries are considered alongside our Terms of Use, Source and Citation Policy, and Image Rights and Permissions.
